Mid-Term Inspection

Mid-term inspections, otherwise known as property inspections or mid-term reports, check the condition of your rental property against the inventory and highlight any potential maintenance issues.

A visit to the property helps to catch any issues early on and gives both parties a chance to address any problems before they get worse.

A AIIC-accredited clerk conducts an objective inspection of your property's condition to ensure it's being well looked after. It's also an opportunity for tenants to report any issues that the landlord may be unaware of, and get them fixed as soon as possible.
