No, not necessarily. Many landlords believe that they have to wait until the end of a tenancy to switch letting agent, however, this is not the case. The tenancy agreement is a contract between the landlord and the tenant, with the agent working on behalf of the landlord, so changing agent doesn't affect the legal rights or obligations of either party.

When switching, you can send an email invitation your tenant to join the lettingaproperty.com platform. They will create an account and have full access to their own tenant dashboard.

Our switching service costs just £149.00 inc VAT. This covers all costs related to set up your tenancy, including liaising with your previous agent (if required) arranging insurance, lodging your tenancy deposit and other administrative work carried out by our support team.
