Our Story:
Redefining Renting
A New Beginning
Jonathan and Matthew Daines founded the company to connect landlords and tenants directly, cutting out high street agents. After a year of hard work, our first platform launched, revolutionizing lettings.
The First Office, The First Milestone
We opened our first office in Henley-in-Arden, creating a central property management hub. That same year, we launched our online rent collection service, simplifying payments for landlords and tenants.
Backing from a Believer
One of our own portfolio landlords became our first external investor. Impressed by our progress and the potential of our online model, they became a key part of our story.
Next-Level Lettings
After a year of development, we launched Version 2 of our platform – bigger, better, and built with our users in mind. It marked a leap forward in usability and service.
Stepping Up for a Cause
Our team took on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise funds for Help for Heroes. This was a defining moment of teamwork, grit, and giving back.
A Decade of Progress
We marked 10 years with major growth as Kevin Neary, GameStop Ireland founder, joined as Board Advisor, later becoming Chairman and shareholder, adding invaluable expertise.
Building for the Future
We began developing our automated rent collection system, determined to make rent management smoother and more efficient. The team also conquered the Welsh Three Peaks and raised funds for the Marine Conservation Society.
A Brand New Era
After two years of research and innovation, we launched Version 3 of our platform, along with a refreshed brand. The improvements were designed to elevate the experience for landlords and tenants alike.
Major Milestones
We secured our first investment from Mercia Ventures, fueling growth and innovation. Version 4 of our platform launched with features like Open Banking, digital agreements, and faster referencing.
Today’s Success
With over 1,800 managed properties, 40,000 registered landlords, 1000 + 5-star ratings, and an average time-to-let of just 8 days, we’ve established ourselves as a trusted name in lettings and property management.
