lettingaproperty.com let properties for private landlords across England, Scotland and Wales. We are licensed by Rent Smart Wales and listed on the Scottish Letting Agent Register. We hold Client Money Protection with the UK Association of Letting Agents (UKALA) and are members of The Property Ombudsman (TPO).

Yes, switching is easy. Many landlords think they must wait until their tenancy ends to switch agents but this isn't true. Your notice terms depend on your agency agreement. If you're considering switching but don't know where to begin, get some free advice from our team.

The Essential plan is a 12-month minimum subscription.

Your tenants can log in and pay their rent through out secure platform. You can view all payment history from your dashboard. Tenants are given the choice of making a manual payment by bank transfer to a dedicated account or use our secure connection to Open Banking to make instant payments.

When the payment is made on a weekend or Bank Holiday, payment will be made the next working day.

If your tenant doesn't pay their rent, your full month's rent will be paid to you six weeks from the due date. If they continue not to pay, your rent will continue to be paid whilst our support team investigate the issue.
